Coaching / Mentorship 

Angela has many years experience supporting early career and experienced OT’s as well as OT students from many different universities.

In her roles as National Quality, Compliance and Training (QC&T) as well as National Head of Clinical Development, Angela has experience with tailoring mentoring /coaching sessions  to the unique needs of the individual.

As part of the service an exploration/ discovery session will be held to determine the mentees preferred style for learning and an agreement for the frequency and focus of the coaching/ mentoring sessions is determined to ensure that the input meets the needs of the mentee.
